The work here is large and varied. Our welders, fitters and machine operators build structural weldments and mechanical assemblies for customers in heavy equipment and mining, power generation and energy, civil infrastructure and water control, and bulk material handling — the kind of parts that are measured in feet and tons rather than inches. All of it happens in one 65,000 square foot shop on North 60th Street in Milwaukee.

- Cutting Edge Fabrication pays for an occupational physical exam and drug test before your start date.
- A custom training program will be developed based on skill level to help shorten your learning curve upon starting.

Inside the Shop
Sixty-five thousand square feet, overhead cranes, and work that is rarely the same twice. This is where you would spend your day.
A Complete Benefits Program
Paid Time Off
New hires earn PTO from the date of employment, with the first year apportioned based on the start date. Employees continue to accrue PTO based on years of service up to 4 weeks. In addition to the PTO, we have 10 Paid Holidays.

Long and Short Term Disability
